Digitain is hiring a highly competent, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Accounting Specialist who shall ensure the efficient coordination of warehouse processes, accurate accounting of material assets, and the safe storage of property.

Responsibilities

Conduct an inventory of the company assets
Conduct accounting of fixed assets and consumables
Monitor timely and proper inventory of assets
Draft inventory acts and ensure stakeholder signatures
Implement acceptance and delivery of goods as needed
Draft product replenishment requests
Provide information to other departments on the availability of material assets in the warehouse as needed
Ensure program-specific movement of goods in the 1C system (input and output)
Perform other functions assigned by their immediate supervisor, arising from the duties of the position

Requirements

University Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent knowledge of the 1C software
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Ability to quickly orient oneself and work efficiently
Effective time-management skills
Keen attention to detail, systematic approach to work
