Digitain at iGB L!VE: Building Progress Across Regulated Markets

Digitain’s growing presence across the UK and Western Europe took centre stage during iGB L!VE, as Alex Jones, Regional Sales Director for the UK and Western Europe, joined The Huddle for its Exhibitor Spotlight interview series.
During the conversation, Alex reflected on Digitain’s strong presence at the event, our entry into the UK market, and the product developments shaping the next stage of its regulated-market growth.
At the Digitain stand, visitors explored key elements of our product portfolio, including our award-winning Sportsbook, iGaming Platform and, Self-Service Betting Terminals (SSBTs). The team also showcased Digitain’s soon-to-be-launched horse racing and greyhound solutions, alongside our fully built API offering for operators seeking greater flexibility, control, and faster integration.
Entering the UK with a Complete Product Proposition
Digitain’s UK market entry was one of the central themes of the interview.
Following the licence secured during ICE Barcelona, we have continued to build the technology, products, and compliance infrastructure required to support operators in one of the industry’s most advanced regulated markets.
“We have moved forward all guns blazing,” Alex said, describing the first half of the year as a thrilling and exciting period for the business.
The UK represents an important step within Digitain’s wider regulated-market strategy. We are now preparing for the launch of several operators, supported by a product portfolio designed to perform across digital and retail environments.
Built Around Operator and Player Needs
With the FIFA World Cup well underway, Alex also discussed Digitain’s ongoing conversations with its partners about the Sportsbook experiences they want to deliver during one of the world’s largest betting events.
Rather than developing features in isolation, Digitain’s strategy is built around listening to our partners, understanding their players, and translating those insights into practical product enhancements.
Recently introduced features such as Bore Draw and SuperSub form part of this approach, giving operators additional ways to create more engaging betting journeys and maintain player interest throughout major sporting events.
Strengthening Commercial Leadership
The interview also provided an opportunity to welcome Dario Jurčić, Digitain’s new Chief Commercial Officer for Europe and Africa.
Dario brings extensive experience across regulated markets, commercial strategy, business development, market expansion and customer relationship management.
Alex highlighted both Dario’s industry knowledge and his collaborative approach, describing him as someone with whom colleagues can openly exchange ideas, challenge perspectives and shape new opportunities.
More Regulated-Market Progress Ahead
Digitain’s momentum will extend beyond the UK.
We are progressing with our expansion plans across several regulated jurisdictions, with further developments expected in markets including Belgium and Spain.
Combined with upcoming UK partner launches, continuing product development, and further announcements currently being prepared, the roadmap ahead reflects a clear direction: deeper regional expertise, stronger operator partnerships, and technology designed for sustainable growth.
Digitain entered iGB L!VE with more than products to showcase. We arrived with growing regulatory momentum, an expanding commercial team, and a clear plan for the markets ahead.
And there is much more still to come.
